In a letter dated 27 November the Forestry Commission asked the New Forest National Park Authority to determine whether an Environmental Statement is required for the proposed works at Latchmore Brook.  This was followed, on 12 December, by a letter from our solicitors to the NFNPA setting out the reasons why, in their opinion, a full EIA is required.
