The Forestry Commission have failed to answer a Freedom of Information request from Burley Parish Council dated 3 February 2016 concerning “restoration” works at Harvestslade Bottom last year (see post dated 16 February, and more details are here).  In a letter dated 26 September 2016, Burley PC have notified the New Forest’s Deputy Surveyor that the matter will be passed to the Forestry Commission’s Bristol office, invoking their complaints procedure.
