Report by Consultant Conservation Ecologist

Tom Langton, an independent consultant conservation biologist who has worked extensively in this country and abroad, visited the New Forest on 15 March.  We walked up Latchmore Brook with him and he commented on a number of aspects of the proposed works which concerned him.  He has produced a report on his findings (including a short biography at the end), which you can read by clicking here.
